Arif has also heldsenior executive roles at several companies, including BAY DIS TICARET A.S. andBAYTEKS TEKNIK TEKSTIL SAN. VE TIC. A.S., where he focused on generating newrevenue streams by researching and analyzing potential sales opportunities.

His skills include teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving,decisionmaking,management, and leadership. Arif is fluent in Turkish,proficient in English,and has basic knowledge of German.

Özlem IşıkGraduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration. She hasbeen continuing her business life as a professional senior manager and entrepreneur since 2004.

Between 2008 and 2018, she managed three offices in Istanbul, Dubai, and Berlinas head of purchase at Şirin Asal Group.

She worked as head of purchase in a group with 25,000 employees and an annualturnover of 1.5 billion.

Later in 2019, Azur General Trading CO. LLC. She founded her company andstarted doing international commodity trading.

And in 2023, she co-founded the Middle East representation of YAYLA, a 50-yearold brand, as EMERALD FOOD.

She became a 50% partner in Has Gold Trading company, which was founded in2024. She currently continues to be active.
